International-Standard Design and Engineering Team
Born Talent Limited employs a first-class design team that is capable of producing designs across a broad range of watch cases and bracelets. Also, our highly-experienced team of engineers has received intensive training from Swiss technicians, and as a result the products produced by the production team has never failed to meet the international standards. Careful consideration is paid to each and every stage of the production process — from the initial design to the inspection of the finished product. Leading computer-aided design software (including CAD/CAM tools such as SolidWorks and CATIA Analysis) is used to create detailed and accurate images of the product, no matter its structure or rendered appearance. Then these drawings are used by the production team to maximize the accuracy of the finished products.
State-of-the-Art Technology and Equipment
The production of quality and highly precise watch cases and bracelets requires the use of hi-tech technology and equipment. As such, Born Talent Limited adopts equipment from Switzerland and Japan — including three- and five-axis computer numerical control (CNC) machines from the "Brother" brand. We also use automated drills and pipe welding machines to enhance drilling precision, and also a six-axis automated grinding and polishing machine imported from overseas for high-efficiency and quality polishing which will maximise the surface finish of a watch case or bracelet.
Advanced Polishing Technology
Polishing is an extremely important stage in our production processes for watch cases and bracelets. When semi-processed goods arrive at the polishing stages , all goods need to pass through at least six stages of polishing (namely: coarse grinding, grinding, precision grinding, polishing, rinsing and inspection). Some of the more elaborate products require as many as 20 or more processes. Born Talent Limited employs polishing technicians who will receive our internal Swiss-oriented training, meanwhile all of our polishing equipment are imported from Switzerland and Italy. In addition, most of the raw materials we use for polishing are compliant with European and international standards to ensure quality surface finish and safety of our products
